two wonderful men took me on my first ever on the lake crappie fishing trip and ever since then I have had the bug---but without a boat I am limited to bank fishing so I need all the hints wisdom and tips I can get as to equipment, techniques, and best spots within an hour or so of Shawnee for my frequent fishing and save the further away places for just once in a while....I love catching and eating crappie, hybrids, and bass...a slow day of fishing beats sitting at home
