    Question anything biting around the skiatook area?


    today is a perfect day to go fishing, but skiatook lake is still like 13 feet low. i was thinking about trying lake oolagah but ive never fished it before and i dont have a boat. are there any good areas on lake oolagah i could try?

    I haven't been up there in awhile, but you used to be able to fish some of the brushpiles around Redbud Marina with slipcorks from the bank. Just a thought. Good luck!

    Anywhere the road brideges cross the creeks that feed the lake are pretty good from what I've heard, Get a road map and public hunting land map and you can find a LOT of places to fish.
    Old highway South out of Nowata over Drowning Creek looked good last tim I was there.

    I'm not great on Oolagah but I know people that do well with this technique drowning minnows and jigging both.
