    Default Black Nosed Crappie

I had never seen them before. One of the ponds on our lease is full of them. Just wondering if they are rare or I just hadn't run into them.

I catch one from time to time. They taste just like any other crappie.

They are very common in Kansas. Never caught any in Oklahoma though.
