I'm Tony and a Texan. Retired and living in Wichita Falls. Only got to fish Ellsworth last year, but this year I hope to add Lawtonka and Waurika (at least) to the list of OK lakes I get to fish. Really wanted to try Waurika this fall, but the blue green algae bug hit. Trying to figure where all in Southern OK to try that's within a reasonable distance to Wichita Falls.

We have our boat at Crystal Bay on the lovely lake in Skiatook.
Must say, despite the dismal fishing report, we have done pretty darn good between 8ish til noonish at our slip. We have been catching half to one and a half lb. crappie. The afternoon to evening is SLOW. Would love, LOVE to hear from other Skiatook lake crappie hounds.

Im HeadHunter (aka Brandon) I live in Altus OK & usually fish Tom Steed, Waurika, Lugert-Altus. My cousins & I take a weekend trip to a different lake every year, excited this year we are going to Eufala. Going in Mid April.
