Thread: Question about fishing from the bank

Hey all, thinking about doing a little fishing tonight at a pond but can't get any minnows. I will be on the bank without knowledge of structure or cover to fish. Should I just suspend a jig from a bobber like I would a minnow? Thanks for any suggestions

Gonna be tough without minners. I'd cast out a jig under a float and SLOWLY retrieve it, then cast again and again. Good luck to ya.:o
