You'll still be able to find some on the banks. Try them early in the morning, then around 9, start testing the brush in 6-12'.

The fish will be on the banks til the water gets above 75 degrees. I have went to blocker bridge and caught post-spawn fish then went to the coves and caught with a jig and cork ion the same day. This usaully happens in mid May every year. Ther are so many crappie in Eufaula that the fish spawn in waves. The next full moon phase will be the best spawn yet. But I will bet you yu will be catching samll colored males in June. When you see the little males you know the spawn is almost done!

caught fish on banks today..fishing cork and jig in 18" to 3' of water..had 16 decent fish with about that many dinks..and the further you can get up the creek the better..thats where you will find the cleared water..fished brushpiles also today that have never failed me, but they are in the dirty water and never got a bump..fished nibblets and juiced up baits additive and again they are not in brushpiles in dirty water that I have found..go long and far to the back of the creeks..
