    Default Fort Cobb Lake...day 4

Our neighbors, Winford and Bobbie went with us yesterday and we did good again with 40 plus fish. 25 were big crappie but most amazing was the fact that Winford caught his first ever crappie. We sure were happy for him. Name: Winford's Ist Crappie.JPG

Great picture... wonderin how you got the boat and Winford in the shade and the rest of the background is sunny. Do you have a pontoon with a canopy? Way to go getting Winford his first ever crappie. Sounds like the crappie are still biting good for yall.

Yes, we have a large canopy on our pontoon and also chair umbrellas that attach to any seat in the sun. We did have a great four day fishing trip at our lake house but came home to Texas today for a few days just before the rain and hail hit the lake. Hope it clears for we have some friends coming to fish on Fri, Sat and Sunday.

well dern it, you guys are going back to Texas? I was just getting in the habit of tuning into your crappie catching show in the mornings and getting the latest results of today's catch from Ft. Cobb.

We were on the lake yesterday for 5 hours with a couple from Texas..caught 18 crappie and catfish. Today Rigrunner and Richard were on the lake all morning and caught 1 crappie and 15 catfish. Crappie at the dam and catfish up lake near Lemon Point. We have a 20 ft. red/white Suncruiser by Lowe and has a Crappie.Com sticker on it. Will be out tomorrow and Monday.
