In Photobucket while you are logged in, click the "edit" button above the image. It will take you to an edit window. Click resize. set to the size you want and then click "apply"
Somewhere in the account set up there is a place to set your preferences to automatically resize all your pix too, but I can't seem to find the place. I will see if I can find it.
