I fish a lot of lakes in Oklahoma. Wister and Kaw have been the best big fish producers for me. Both have their moments were they are spectacularly good and sometimes when they are really frustrating. You should give Wister a try in spring when Kaw is in transition and fish are too scattered. If it isn't rained out, that is usually the time when Wister is at its peak for big fish. Here is a link to a page in the Wister archives. It gives a good idea what Wister can be like at times.
