C'mon guys, I need some good reports for the big E. tomorrow will be my last time to deer hunt till oct, so it's time to get crappie on the brain now. I've never really fished much during the cold months, but I'm gonna try my luck here pretty quick. What lake would be y'all's choice with the bad reports from eb on the big E???

Bowman xkiller has been good for us for quite a while now. Did have 2 off days, going this weekend and try them myself!

Thanks for y'all's input. Might just have to go try tenkiller next weekend while I'm off, so redge be sure to give an update ( with GPS cords ) on your trip. I know it's sad to say, but I've never fished that lake for crappie.

May just have to do that redge. Heck, for a chance at a little learning, I'll even supply the boat and gas. It's nothing fancy, just a nitro, but it floats and runs. Does have good electronics on it, but im still trying to learn those as well. It's still a week away from my weekend off but if weather permitting and not to many honey-do's, maybe I can try my luck.
