Caught most of them on this Beetle Spin. $.82 at WalMart. Was using a 3 way rig with a 1/2 ounce weight.

Bill, I think I talked to you out there one day, didn't realize it was you. I was in the white ranger on the bluffs on Wednesday if that was you.

I was there Wednesday in the Green/White Fisher deep-vee. Only caught 2 crappie then and one Hybrid. I wish I would have known it was you. Would have been great to finally meet you. Next time I'll make it a point to get up with you.

I'm on the hunt for their travel corridors to and from the bluffs. I suspect they are suspended somewhere in the flats between the bluffs and Goose Island. That puts them close to the deep water along the river channel. Not having much luck locating brush piles so I decided to try trolling crank baits and Beetle Spins.

This is also a favorite for Oologah Crappie and Sand Bass/Hybrids: Was my go to lure at Choteau Bend when the sand bass were spawning.

Less than two dollars at Walmart. I've left more than a few attached to the lake bottom.
