They there, you have to work to find out where though. Many City folk set up camp along the steep bank across from the ramp. That's why they launch their boats once or twice a year. They won't work the banks to figure out where they are. Keep working several areas and you should come across some. Oologah spawn is a lot different than most other waters. They can be shallow in the early morning, but around 9, most will move to about 5-8' deep.
