169 to the first road north of Talala (310 RD) Second section line turn right (sout on 4130 rd) Just as the road turns back east (320 rd) there is a place to turn right. that is the road to the ramp area. If the bite is on, the road will look like a parking lot.

Oops, sorry about that. I knew what I was saying but my fingers evidently didn't. Bottom line is, if you get to Winganon road, you went one mile too far. right?

For the record, it is the 3rd road N. of Talala. First rd is 330, second is 320 and and it is 310 rd. Turn right on 310 rd go a little over 1.5 miles turn right on 413 rd and go 1 mile and it is on your right.
From Nowata turn L on Winganon Rd. also known as 300 rd go 1 mile and turn south on 413 rd and go 2 miles and it is on the right.
