Me and the wife dared to launch from Vada Saturday. We didn't have too much trouble launching, ran my trolling motor until we got in open water. Loading back out was a different story. Had to load the boat with a rope and without anyone in the boat. I've never seen it this bad, rocks and stumps all around the end of the ramp and your trailer will drop off the ramp without the trailer being very deep at all. I've got a 16.5ft SeaArk and it was a challenge for sure. I won't go back again until the water level comes up a few feet. Anybody with a fiberglass boat would sure regret putting their boat in there. Everyone we saw loading out had the same problem. The wife and I managed 5 keepers and twice that many dinks and were just thankful we didn't damage the boat.
