and windy too. I was out Tuesday and Wednesday and it really wasn't much fun. Yesterday I decided to go south to get out of the wind. Got there about 4pm and fished till 7. The thump was on! Single jigs dippin the summer pattern. They liked blue BG minnows the best but the big ones simply slammed Larrys black/pink Wasshoppah Slab Bug. One little 4" liked it too. It's now a favorite. Oddly enough, they wouldn't even look at Slab Bandits in several colors. Made the trip worth while. Brought home 20 from 11-15.5" - about the same number of throwbacks.
