I tried pulling jigs on Oologah Saturday morning. Ended up with 20 brush piles and 0 fish. LOL I've got to figure this method of fishing out.

I have pulled them up there and had some luck but I find best times to pull jigs overall is when the fish stage up before spawn and post spawn when just out there wondering around waiting to go to summer pattern alot of times then multiple fish on your poles this is with rods in the racks not holding them in hands I might add

Enjoyed the late afternoon with EB. Caught several on the south end, 4-8 fow, biggest 15" long and just under 2lbs. Bait of choice was big Tie-Dye color Crappie Pro Wasshoppers.

Fished the south end yesterday, kept 20, 15 were from 12 to 14 inches. Used all the techniques I hired EB to show me Best technique was pulling jigs until I found a spot then holding jigs over the group of fish. I fished water from 4-12 feet, 9 was the ticket. Used BG jigs in all different colors and styles, didnt matter at first but later in the day they definitely liked the shad colors best.

Glad you had a good trip Fishers. Had EB with me yesterday on Tenkiller showing him something different including water and techniques that work well on the clear water lakes. We ended up with 14 keepers but had to cut the day short due to my 3yr old GR' DAUGHTER last T-Ball game which they won 23 to 3 and took 1st place in the Checotah league. We had a great time yesterday and seeing those beautiful crappie 6' to 7' deep and all their colors shining as you reel them to the boat was something new for EB and an eye opening experience. We did catch 2 smallies yesterday as well mid-lake....Ranger
