Good luck Ranger. Talk about devotion. Has anybody heard of tornadoes or hi winds around I40 bridge. I'm down here in Texas and was wondering if I had a house to come home to.

Lake level as of 2:00 p.m. today is 585.88. That is almost a foot above normal. My guess is that even w/o any more rain, the lake will continue to rise for at least 3 or 4 more days. Does anyone know what the corps is forecasting?

I was in the same area Saturday playing around in my new "used" boat. We didn't have any minnows but caught some off the timber at 7-8ft deep. Was out more for a joy ride than to fish. I saw a carolina skiff spider-rigging, was that you?

I am sorry to report I went to Crowder to fish Monday, bout drowned. Watched the black pvc cover I was fishing disappear under the rising water (4 inches in 2 hours). I did catch fish, but it was not worth it. I am 0-3 this year at eufaula. At some point my luck on this lake has to change.
