WTG Ranger, you sounded like a whipped puppy tonight when we talked. Today was a tough one with that wind

Oklahoma STATE regulations fall into only two categories, either a 37 fish limit with no size restrictions or a 15 fish limit with a ten inch minimum size. There are some city managed lakes with different restrictions and limits not covered in the state regulations (such as lake Bixhoma). Eufaula is a 37 fish limit lake , no size restriction. Tenkiller is a ten inch minimum, 15 fish limit lake.

Fished yesterday. We were in an area with 6 bank fisherman/ladies. No one was catching hardly any. Bankers were using minnows. AN OCCASIONAL ONE WAS CAUGHT. I caught one on slip bobber in 1.5 ft of water while Buck caught two. My sensitivity to motion toolkit's toll even with Dramamine. So we headed in after 4 hours. Muddy WT 56 - 60 degrees depending on where we were. The wind was killer however it was no match for my 101 lb thrust Fortex. Now in open water my Z9 managed with 4 - 5 ft swells. The HDS 9 was awesome. Tomorrow we take on creeks on FT. Gibson.

Fished today with my buddy Josh. Fished from daylight till about 12:30. Ended up with 47 keepers. Water temp was in the 62 to 64 degree range while we were there. Single pole and single jig. 3" slab slayers got it done. Several color combos worked, but all had chartreuse tails. All fish caught on/in the brush. Lots of folks out fishing today!
