Thank you for the information. I think "benched" might be more accurate for now. It could take me a long time to climb out of the bait bucket. My first post op Dr's appointment is March 8 and I sure am hoping to be prescribed some therapeutic casting exercises for my recovery. I must say I have enjoyed the friendliness of everyone on the forum. It has meant a lot to me. I have hit my sit up limit again so I will leave a pic and visit again soon.
