It never ceases to amaze me how the coon creek boat ramp is such a magnet for silt and Debris. It just got cleaned up and here it goes again.

If they would have put it out east of that little cove out on that point this would never happen. Plenty of room for a double ramp and parking out there. Why they stuck it back in the cove where all the debris collects is beyond me. It has silted in so bad if the lake get's below 1009 you hit bottom in a boat of any size.

Had the fish cooker running wide open yesterday evening. Nothing like fresh crappie.
