Thanks guys. Wasn't sure. It's not legal in Arkansas on any fish that has a size limit. Was cleaning away like ranger does last weekend when out of the blue I thought about that and started looking all around me. Don't even think I can have a fillet on me in a boat or even fishing from shore. No idea if game and fish would actually ticket you though. Never had an encounter that went beyond a life jacket check.

Well after the passing of my father Saturday and trying to help out as much as I could before hand. I came home to do a few things and I decided late yesterday evening to head up to the lake for a couple of hours. Found the lake up about 4', but that didn't hurt the bite at all. In the two hours of fishing I had in front of me I decided to run and gun to piles I knew where they were. I came home with 10 real nice crappie and caught about 7 dinks. It was real nice to get out for a change, but I know my dad was with me the whole time helping me catch all that I did. All cleaned were feamle with eggs. Only one of them had turned to the gray color. Best 7 weighted out at 10.8 lbs. the classic should be a good one guys.

Water temp was 71 this evening. All females had eggs except for one of the big ones I was holding up she was spawned out. If you look in at the live well pic you see a male crappie that seems a little small for tenkiller length limit, but he measured at 10 1/2". That shows the size of the others.
