George, I'll have to try that, on the minnow in the mouth trick! Maybe I can sneak one out of my cousins minnow bucket! Went yesterday had a blast, thanks to Crappie Hole Banger for a tip, we had about half of our limits then went to his place, left them biting! We caught plenty of fish. Also lots of trash fish, largemouth up to 3#, Huge Sandbass, and Drum of course! It was Coooollllldddd, but not near as bad as Saturday! Did try to keep the boat going only fast enough to stay up on plane. Fishing Tuesday and Wednsday also!
Blue Thunder, along with some hand tied jigs, I whooped up on the guy using minnows in the boat!

Is there even any places left to fish on Tenkiller. I mean the lake is low. Need to get out and set some brush in about 3-4' of water for when the lake comes up this spring. Redge did you catch them in brush or suspended in the channel? Not sure if I know of any brush deep enough to even be fishing right not.

Jiggin, the lake is crazy low only have one place I put brush out in that is in deeper than 25 foot, everything else is on the bank or in 10 foot of water! We caught them in 30-40 on the channel edge. Be careful if you go out, there is standing timber just under the water in 30 and 40 feet that sure would hurt your boat! Pm me if you need more specific warning areas. It has finally gotten cold enough that the fish are stacked up good. I love this time of year, even I can catch a few when the water gets cold!! Cherokee and Petit Bay are still open to launch, a lot of the others are closed.

Crappie Hole Banger you don't have a thing to worry about from me! There will be plenty left! No Ranger is a different story, them fish just jump in the boat for him, I am not even sure he even has to use a pole anymore! Just funnin ya Mark! Woodworker I would much prefer the heat also!

Went out today, not bad breeze was down to 5mph, found lots of fish but they didn't want what we were offering! Lots of fish but all of them close to wood kept their mouth shut. Did find a good school above a stob, but they were dinks! Beautiful day, saw several Bald Eagles, and got to fish with City Man. Water temp 46 degrees.
