Not a bad day fishin, ended up with 20 keepers and about that many throwbacks. It was a little chilly early this morning!!!
What is the water level like? Not been to the lake in forever cause I'm not sure I won't drop off the ramp to launch my boat.
Brian you can put in at Snake Creek, Cookson, Sizemore ramp out on the point and at Pettit south ramp..Those are the ones I know that you can put in on..The water level is 8 1/2 low and looks like its gonna be like that all winter.....Ranger
When you see other trucks and empty trailers I'd say your safe. If your first at the ramp, back in slow. Most people fall off the sides of the ramp because they can't back a trailer down a ramp let alone on flat ground.Quote:

Yup, stay in the middle if you launch at Cookson. Both ramps at Six Shooter are pay at the marina ramps.
Here's a couple from last Wednesday, we had 18 keepers. Same story, shallow and on wood. Bobby Garlands in any flavor you have faith in.
