Another windy and cool day on Tenkiller..put in at Petit Bay and again caught 1 keeper inside the bay area with alot of small fish. Water temp at 7:15am was 46.1 degrees and water was clear. After leaving Petit area with 4 keepers in LW headed up the lake towards Wildcat. The water got dingy for Tenkiller standards. Caught several dinks and 3 more keepers around Standing Rock. Never caught a fish above 82 bridge and the water on the other side of the bridge is awesome and very clear with temps running 47.8 degrees. Ended up with 14 keeper crappie and left at 3pm..well got blew off the lake. With a NW wind at 15 to 20 mph its hard to fish my stuff and was gettin cramps from standing on the trolling motor. Baits of choice was blk/chart..red/chart super tubes and cajun cricket bobby garland baby shad...Ranger

Caught fish from Carlisle Cove to the Island above 82 bridge.Caught crappie today from deep trees in 65' of water but fish being in the 18' to 20' depth to as shallow as 12' up in the river. Baits of choice today was Bobby Garlands cajun chicken baby shad and red/chart super tubes. My buddy caught a few on bobbys blue thunder color baby shad and blk/chart super tubes as well. Unloaded at pettit at 7:20 am. Caught the first fish by 8 . Very slow morning didnt catch another till 930. We fished from carlise to elk creek. We finally had 4 keepers when we got to cherokee. Pulled 9 keepers out of one brush pile in about 15 minutes. We finished fishing at 3 pm and had 13 keepes the. Biggest being about 14 1/2 inches long. We did catch alot of throw backs. Fish started biting after it clouded up. As soon as the sun came back out it was like flip g a light switch off till it clouded back up. Blue thunder boby garlands baby shad was all they wanted. Mostly around 18 to 24 feet.
