Tried my luck today, but didn't get anything. Expected the Marina to be open so I could get some minnows, but it was closed. Had to rely on jigs only. Didn't go over by the dam, but should have. Fished mainly in the big stretch from the Cove Marina down to the twin bridges. Skunked everywhere from channels to standing timber. This was about my 5th time trying Thunderbird. I really suck at this fishing stuff! Thought I would have learned some tricks by now, but I guess I'm going to be a noob forever!
