Big fish is always paid the night of the seminar. No, you don't have to pay for the tournaments upfront; you can pay the night of the seminar, but it's $10 more. If you pay in advance, you can also just send in multiple forms with the lake(s) circled and the payment. Example, if you know you'll fish the first 2, but don't know about the rest, just send in the form for those 2 and send another form when you make up your mind later.
