The fish I caught were in 12-18ft of water and a toss up on on live bate verses plastic swim bates. Had a break from farming the last few days but will be back at it Monday, hope winter is 8-10 weeks away as I don't want to put my boat and fishing poles away yet! Luck to all who fish CJ !!!!!!!
When that water temp hits the 40's, then they feed all day long...it is just too comfortable for them right now...they are feeding heavy at the end of the day and night after the days warming. I have never seen so many fish just stacked up under schools of shad...just waiting....we have a very healthy lake!
