whats east fork doing?

so i am wanting to take my 4 year old fishing this weekend, i would like to get some crappie but realize the spawn is long gone and was thinking about taking her to east fork. is there still a decent bite going on? i cant be trolling deeper water with her, cause as with all 4 year olds she doesnt sit still so i need to be able to tie up and help her. My other option is Kincaid down by falmouth to fish for blue gill, catfish. opinions?

Well we fished EF of Memorial day weekend, marked a lot of fish 15-20ft down, we mostly fished minnows under bobbers and caught dinks and a equal amount of tar smelling Channel cats ( thats a mystery to me) I did do pretty good jigging along standing timber, I was surprised how warm the water was i read 82 degrees at around 1:00pm when we loaded up, so Im sure its warmer now. Im wondering where I will go this weekend too
