Funny you said that Tom, I shot that deer early so after I dropped it off at the processors I came home and hooked up the boat and headed to EF.

John,
Yes I saw that post after I replied, sounds like fish weren't co-operating,
was lake real muddy?
From looking at lake level they was pulling water, I assumed with all rain it would be cold & muddy, not a good combo to fish.
I noticed today that EF is close to winter pool again & they are slowing the pull down.
Fishing will improve real soon there.
CC is still being pulled at high rate, looks like another 2 days for it to be stabilized.
My son just got back from Afghanistan & was here for holidays, it was a great Christmas, he just left today to go back to FT. Campell.
Funny soon as he left, I got my tackle out & sorted my jigs, going to go soon I hope.

Tom, yes water was cold and muddy. After all the rain last week they pulled the lake down about 10' during the week.
We ran the side scan through some of the areas we were fishing and marked tons of fish. They just weren't buy what we were selling.

Sounds very familiar, had same problem at CC.
