    I was hoping they were on the water. Maybe it would slow the guy down in the bass boat running through the "No Wake" zone at Bantam when we were taking out.

    Not really. We had maybe 15, most were small but it did have a couple of nice blacks 11"-12". We fished maybe 3 1/2-4 hours. I was getting hits on jigs but those 1/16 oz were just too light to feel. I should have went heavier.
    I wanted to mess with the boat but it was just too cold and windy.

    We fished up by the dam and a couple of guys in a ranger were flying through the no wake zone doing about 60. This was after we got checked by COs.
