Just a couple of places off hand where a person could go fish. Try ohio game fishing forum, alot of stream/wade fishermen, im sure you cold get some better specifics than i can give you.

I used to fish the dam on Twin Creek, just outside of Carlisle, west of Franklin. Used to catch some nice smallies and redeye. Rent a canoe from Morgan's and float down the Little Miami. You can catch sm bass, lm bass, crappie, saugeye, redeye and catfish, all on small minnow type cb or Rebel crawfish Tiny Wee crawfish.

Hellgrammite lures are supposed to work well too. Case Plastics supposedly has the most natural looking ones according to some. I also recently bought some Berkly hellgrammites, but have not been stream fishing to try them yet. Many people use seine nets and use real craws and hellgrammites, but I am not that advanced yet.
