Sound lake a win win to me. A very good friend is in his late 60s and turning a lot of the day to day farm work over to his 40 year old son. I am sure he would not be happy with out the farm. However he is so worn out it is all he can do to climb the steps on his combine. IMO no one works harder then a farmer and is more concerned about his land. Hope you enjoy your new job.
