If there is a sealant failure, window leak or improper flashing water gets to the sheathing and framing and rots it out. On Mondays I have a bunch of voice mails from buyers and sellers needing inspections. On this Monday about the third call I tell the fellow I could do his inspection at 9:00 am on Wednesday if it's not raining, he says "do you think it's going to rain". I won't give his name but I will say his job description is "Chief Meteorologist" for one of the local TV stations. You know if I was only right half the time I'd be unemployed and my boss would be bankrupt from the lawsuits.
You Know Boscoe, Somehow that does not surprise me at all. And that is a shame. What a bunch of Yo Yos.CF
