Thread: Please keep Jesse and Amanda Ewing in your prayers

I don't believe you all are aware of it yet, but Amanda Ewing (Inluvwithsurfn, I think that is his handle here, not certain) Jesse Ewing's wife, has been in the hospital for a few weeks. She is dealing with paralysis and could use your thoughts and prayers. It appears her prognosis is good, but only time will tell. If you have the chance, send a thought their way, Jesse and Amanda could use it. BassChasers (I know, green carp weirdos) holds a regular Wednesday night tournament for bass, this year it's been on Little Creek every week since Lake Smith is closed. For the tournament next Wednesday, all entry fees will go to Amanda and Jesse, the tournament will be for bragging rights only. It's not much, but it is the least we can do to help our friends. If you see fit, please stop by Little Creek Reservoir on North Hampton Blvd. next Wednesday and donate a few bucks to a great couple (tourney starts at 4 p.m. and ends at 8:20 p.m.). Sorry to hear that. I ran into both of them fishing on the North Landing River last year. A beautiful young couple, newly weds to boot. Prayers sent.

Prayers sent. God bless her. Is it Gulliam-Barre Syndrone? If so , it will take time, but she may make a full recovery. I've known 2 people with this and they came back well. One was a former police chief.

Hate to hear this. I was wondering what was going on with Jesse. Have not seen him on here in a while and now We know probably the biggest reason why. That is terrible. Hate to see that happen to a Young couple like that. I know the medical bills will make life hard for both of them God willing she pulls through with a full recovery. That sucks. I know they will get lots of support. Thoughts and prayers to them and their families. Lots of bad things happening to good folks here lately.CF
