Lot of work cleaning them small birds. But they sure did taste good. Thats why I fish, easy clean, easy cook. But I will say that is a good lookin bird for sure. Nice day for you.
That brings back memories Dave. When I was a kid I have shot Chinese Ring Necks in our front yard with a single shot 22. I was told people came from all over the states to hunt them in that area. (NW Ohio). Now days there are no pheasants but lots of big deer of which there were none when I lived there in the 40's and 50's.
