It's probably best to hold out until the very end, unless, you have a major medical expense coming up that worries you. The AFA is a crock right now, even though it has become law. I don't predict that it will be overturned, I hope I'm wrong, but, think there will be some major re-writing to the act. Appeasement without giving in completely.
