    Willow oak has a disease, perhaps fungal. Been wet. anybody got an answer?Name: 0510210911.jpg Views: 362 Size: 29.8 KB
    Crappie bite twice a day. 15 minutes before I get there and 10 minutes after I leave.

    Oak Leaf Blister caused by cool wet conditions. Won't hurt the tree. If it's bad enough the leaf will defoliate and be replaced by a new one.
