Plumbing question
Why has this never frozen in at least the last 27 years? Nothing goes into the wall and there is a shutoff in the ground that has never been closed. I don't get it.

Thanks. I know how those work but in my photo nothing goes into the building. There is a shut off underneath it so I'm guessing they must make a combo shutoff/ freezeproof drain. All I can figure.Originally Posted by Cray
