Does anyone have any suggestions for a reputable building contractor that would take a look at a house near Sardis Lake that we might consider purchasing as a 2nd home. The house has had some work done that was substandard at best but the location and space is pretty decent. I知 concerned about the discovery of hidden or covered up items that are past the repairs that I知 capable of doing.
