    Nice present from your son! You sound addicted now, bad thing about smokers and especially new to you smokers you tend to experiment a lot. Cook a months worth of meat in a week, lol, thank goodness for vacuum sealer and freezers! Ribs sound good, never heard of using coffee though as part of a rub, any input?
