Thread: I don't always fry crappie

But when I chose to do so, I do it right! soaked the fillets in an egg and buttermilk mix, tossed in seasoned cornmeal, then fried in my Wok. Seasoned Checkers fries, the cole slaw is compliments of KFC, "it's just good and easy". Drink was Ketel One vodaka with pomegranate juice.
