It was a great time. I really appreciate everyone pulling together to make the cookout a success. Scott, your hushpuppies are outstanding!!! I don’t even like hushpuppies that much but I ate about a half dozen of yours. The slaw and tater salad were perfect. Thank you to all of the sponsors who donated door prizes. Pico lures, EZ Poleholder, B&M, Mr. Crappie, Memphis Net and Twine, Ennivator, I apologize for not remembering everyone. A Big thank you to Orville’s daughter Lacey for getting everyone signed in and getting a door prize ticket to everyone. THANK YOU SLAB for having the vision to make this all happen. I’ve always said if it wasn’t for Crappie.com, we would all be stranger who might just say Hi to each other at the boat ramp. Slab has created a network of friends. I’ve made some of my best friends because of this.
