Thread: Over the top

I talked to a Ranger at the office and he said a crew was fixing to go out and try to re-anchor the warning buoys that used to be outside the opening to the Emergency spillway but are now a tangled mess against the south bank well up in the spillway!The landing when I was there was still anchored at Dub. May take a ride back down today 3-5-2018 and see what has changed.Be back at work tomorrow. Thnx. for the well wishes.
