I’m looking into it myself. Think I’m going the pole barn route with Reed’s Metals. 40’*30’ with walk-in door and 2 12*8 garage doors. They are comparable to all others I’ve priced and very reputable from what I can tell. Think I’ll have $15k with insulation and slab with a little extra concrete on the outside. Anyone ever used them? Know they have a place in Tupelo.

Dang, that’s the cheapest I’ve heard with the concrete. Seems to be so expensive for the concrete to be done

“I know a guy who knows a guy” on the concrete. His company pours huge warehouses all across the country. Prob add another $2000 without him and his prices, labor, and equipment.

Check with Made Right Buildings. They are in the Trade Winds. They did my 30x62 with insulation, concretea pad and shed out back for my compressor, roll up and walk in door for 21K. The difference was in the concrete. They put it up for what I could buy the materials for and I didn't have to touch it.

Metal buildings are steep!

If that doesn't work out he can probably find you a great deal on the web. He's the best I've ever seen.
    Tell'em I'll be there.
