I have caught crappie that were not much bigger than the c55 but I do think they will catch bigger crappie in mid summer and fall. Heck, I have Norman DD22s that I repainted and catch crappie on those as well as Arkie 220s.
Don't want to veer off topic here and hope Knight doesn't mind me asking a quick question. Other than the C55 what is another large crappie crank to target bigger fish with mrdux? I know you have a lot of knowledge on the subject, and appreciate your input, thanks!
