    Hard to say what's best. Years ago Debbie and I were headed to Tunica cut off. I looked at weather bug and told her to expect 10 to 20 mph winds by 8 am out of the southwest. By 10 am we were done, only breeze was from the movement of the boat. 62 degrees on the water with no breeze is hot.

    National weather service does a good job of predicting wind and how it will change through out the day for any location you choose but any you can fish is a good day

    I use the Don Don app. Whatever is forecast for your lake add 10 mph to it
