    Default I noticed


    I noticed a message sent to me on Direct TV that they will be switching satellites and to call Direct to upgrade by box to HD or I will possibly lose the Pursuit Channel 604.It said call before 3/8/2017.Anyone know anything about this?

    I got the same thing. Don't know, all of my equipment is less than 2 years old so I don't know if I need to upgrade or not.

    I just got Direct about 5 mo. ago. Gonna call this week to see what it's about.Gotta have my fishin when I ain't fishin!!

    Might have to upgrade to the next package up. I did that for 1 channel now that channel isn't offered anymore.

    I think if you have the HD box, you are good. Pursuit will be broadcast in HD beginning on the 8th. Maybe Satdoc has info.

    As far as I have been told you will soon have to all go to HD dish and Receivers to keep getting some of the channels that are now non HD. If you already have DTV they will upgrade you for free.
