Looks like your going from Decimal Degrees to Degrees and Decimal Minutes. Take all the numbers after the decimal and multiply them by 60. The number you get is you Decimal Minutes.

I.E. - 41.08833' N - Take .08833' and multiply by 60(the number of minutes in a degree)

.08833 x 60 = 5.2998' so 41.08833' N equals 41, 5.2998' N

You just do the same thing again to get Degrees Minutes Seconds. Multiply everything after the decimal by 60(number of seconds in a minute degree).

41', 5.2998' N
.2998 x 60 = 17.9 rounded up to 18
41' 5' 18" N
