Just make sure if you damage any of our tools , you replace them . My MS state taxes are already outrageous . You will likely be better off getting aluminum bases and having someone weld them on. Most decks on boats aren't heavy enough to hold the screws , unless you get lucky and hit some framing. Cert nuts are 50/50 chance at best. I've had great success with welding the aluminunim bases to thin gauge decks.
I hope you are not being serious about damaging tools? If so you need to lighten up
