    Default Waypoints backup


    Was fooling with my 898 last summer and lost a ton of my favorite waypoints in the unit that I had never saved. I'm thankful I had a good bit of others backed up so it wasn't a total loss. Just now got around to backing up everything since then. Don't do like I did. Humminbird PC (free download ) makes it easy. Don't think it can't happen to you Just saying......

    Man that sucks I got mine backed up on computer and a SD card I would know what I would do if I lost my way point. Yes I do I would probably cry

    Yep! Lost some of my best marks on lake Washington that you had to be absolutely right on top of, not just close.
